When returning items, please make sure they are in pristine condition. We’re not going to deny your return because you’ve opened the packaging, but if you have a 48 hour gaming binge in a sauna and try and return it, well, you know.
For orders outside of Romania, postage costs will not be refunded.
Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid. This means, if you paid in Bitcoins, the refund will be in Bitcoins, paid by card? It’ll go back on your card. You get the idea.

Exchanging products

Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind and want that in a different colour? No problem. Just return the item to the address on the invoice and include a note letting us know what you’d like to do along with a copy of the invoice.
